Role of Building Services

Generally a building licence is to be obtained for any structure being placed on your property within the Shire, this includes but not limited to such works as signs, swimming pools, sheds, patios and in some circumstances retaining walls.

A building application can be obtained for the Customer Service Centre, Rose Street Manjimup and must be completed will all required plans and associated fees.
