FoodSafe

The Shire of Manjimup is actively involved in the implementation of FoodSafe in the community. FoodSafe is an in-house food safety-training package that is designed for small to medium sized food businesses. FoodSafe packages (old stock) are available from the Shire of Manjimup at a cost of $66 GST inclusive. Council's Environmental Health Officer is able to assist you in the implementation of this package should you wish to proceed. The revised version of FoodSafe has recently become available and the cost for this is approximately $90.

In addition to this, digital probe type thermometers are available at a cost of approximately $50 depending on the supplier.
