The use of Sporting Grounds and Reserves within the Shire of Manjimup require that application is made prior to the use of the grounds to the Shire. To facilitate this, Application forms for "Summer" and "Winter" and the Conditions of Use are available at the links below.

- Recreation Ground Use (1 October 2009 - 31 March 2010) - SUMMER
- Recreation Ground use (1 April 2010 - 1 October 2010) - WINTER
