Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Manjimup has prepared the above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment for the purpose of rezoning Nelson Location 11652, portion of Location 10195, 10196, 12633, Lots 55, 56 and portions of Lots 53 and 54 Clarke, Bridge and Jones Road Walpole from "General Agriculture" to "Rural Residential" and "Tourist Enterprise".

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the local planning scheme amendment have been deposited at the Council Administration Centre 37-39 Rose Street, Manjimup and Walpole Library, Pier Street, Walpole and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including Friday 23 March 2012.  

Submissions on the local planning scheme amendment may be made in writing on Form No. 4 and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday 23 March 2012.
