Documents Freely Available

Council has a variety of documents available for public inspection or purchase. These include Annual Reports, Local Laws, Budgets, Policy, Procedure Manuals, various Studies and Plans.

A copy of the Council Agendas and Minutes can be viewed at no charge at the Customer Service Centre or any of the district public libraries. These may be purchased individually with the charge based on the number of pages. They can also be accessed via this website www.manjimup.wa.gov.au.

Also available, at no charge, are newsletters, information booklets, community information brochures, tourism brochures and the Strategic Plan, which can also be obtained at the Customer Service Centre.

Freedom of Information Act

Documents and information covered by the Freedom of Information Act include items such as maps, plans, personnel records, client records, building files and correspondence. A copy of the Act is available for purchase from the State Law Publisher, 10 William Street, Perth. Phone 9321 7688.
