Using our libraries

What's available?

The library offers a wide range of fiction and non fiction resources in a variety of formats including traditional books, large print, audio books, magazines and newspapers, DVDs and CD-ROMs, eBooks, eMagazines, eAudiobooks and thousands of databases.

The junior section offers pre-schoolers a choice of bright, attractive picture books and for older children there is a great selection of popular fiction and non fiction, magazines, graphic novels, puzzles, DVDs and CD-ROMs. We also have a range of e-resources just for kids. Find them in the Kids Corner.

A Language Learning Centre is housed at the Manjimup Library and offers books, DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs and other material in languages other than English with many more titles being available on request.

Book Clubs

Calling all book clubs! Did you know that we have book sets available for loan especially for book club use? All you need is a book club membership and you can borrow these sets for FREE! For any queries, please contact the Manjimup Library on 9771 2895 or manjilib@manjimup.wa.gov.au.

Homebound service

We can deliver and pick up resources to clients who are homebound. If you or any of your relatives or friends would like to use this service please contact your nearest branch library to make arrangements. Click on the link to the left for your nearest branch.

Internet and computer access

Our libraries provide free internet and word processing facilities at all branches. Library members can use these facilities for up to 2 hours per day, in 30 minute blocks. Bookings are essential and conditions apply.

What can I donate to the Library?

We welcome any donations of new or near-new books, DVDs, audio books or music CDs. If we can't add it to our collection, we'll include it in our on-going book sale which raises money for the purchase of new resources. We are very grateful for all items that are donated. When dropping off your donations at the library, please give them to a staff member.
