Our venues available for hire have varying size capacities ranging from meeting rooms for a limited number of people to town halls for bigger events, holding >100 people. All of our venues have toilets, disability access and parking areas. Kitchens, tables and chairs, crockery and cutlery supplies (where indicated) are also available for use.
Bookings are made subject to availability and are charged depending on length of use, time of day and if alcohol is to be consumed. Standard bonds apply for all venues. Not-for-profit organisations receive a 75% discount on all fees, subject to approval by written application to the CEO.

Facilities at the Wellness and Respite Community Centre
The Wellness and Respite Community Centre is a fully accessible building situated within the Manjimup CBD. Venues for hire within this facility include:
The Conference room: A light and contemporary space which comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests and is equipped with a high quality projector and large screen, chairs, tables and tea and coffee making facilities. A large, fully equipped commercial kitchen is also available for hire.
The meeting room: An attractive and functional boardroom style space accommodating up to 20 people. The meeting room comes equipped with a large timber meeting table, comfortable chairs, video conferencing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities.
The Therapy room: A private room suitable for small meetings, one on one consultations and small group therapy sessions.
The Community Room: A modern, light and functional community space suitable for up to 30 people and equipped with tables, chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, a large screen TV and the capacity to use the adjoining commercial kitchen.
The Commercial kitchen: A state of the art kitchen equipped with a large cool room, freezer, dry store, gas oven, microwave, convection oven, warmer, dishwasher, multiple sinks and bench space, crockery, cutlery and bake ware. Suitable for hire to community groups, commercial entities and the general public.

Manjimup Town Hall
Located in the heart of Manjimup’s CBD is our largest venue for hire, with an approximate area of 210m2. The Manjimup Town Hall is perfect for events with a large number of attendees such as public meetings, social events and concerts. The foyer entrance provides an additional welcoming feature to the Town Hall, great for registrations, greetings and displays. The hall has its own elevated stage with change rooms, a commercial kitchen as well as a canteen/bar for catering large numbers. Chairs and tables are available for hire. With disability access and air-conditioning, it is a comfortable venue for everyone.

The Round House
Northcliffe Town Hall
The Northcliffe Town Hall is managed by a committee and is used for events such as public meetings, weddings and social functions. The building is airconditioned and has a fully lit stage, changerooms, kitchen, bar, accessible toilets and ample parking. Hire of the venue includes tables, chairs, crockery, cultery and glasses. Walpole Sport and Recreation Centre
