Shire of Manjimup is an experienced local government NDIS registered service provider with over 12 years’ experience. We deliver individualised self-directed support and services to people with disability, their families and carers. Shire of Manjimup GROW is registered to provide supports and services.

Disability Services:

Community Nursing Care
Our registered and enrolled nurses are on hand to provide you with the following care support:

Wound management
Overseeing of medications
Palliative care
Mobility & transfer assessments
Diabetes management
Maintaining a stoma/catheter bag

Accommodation and Tenancy Support
Support is provided to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains and/or retains appropriate accommodation. This includes but is not limited to:

Assist Access/Maintain Employment
GROW provides NDIS employment, training and supports to assist people with disability to find and maintain a steady job. Our disability employment services can include:
