Code of Conduct

​Council's Code of Conduct guides Shire of Manjimup Councillors, committee members and staff to embrace a minimum standard of professional conduct.

The Code of Conduct is a requirement of Section 5.103 of the Local Government Act 1995 and Local Government (Rules of Conduct) Regulations 2007. It has been prepared using the requirements of the Act and also the Western Australian Local Government Association’s Model Code of Conduct as a guide.
