Notice of Public Advertisement of Development Proposal
The Shire of Manjimup has received an application seeking approval for a motel and tourist resort for which public comments are invited.
Property Details: Lots 71 - 82 Narocki Way, Pritchard and Chopping Streets, Manjimup
Proposal: Application DA23/100
Ninety eight motel villas including gymnasium and indoor pool and a tourist resort including twenty bungalows plus outdoor cinema and pool.
Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of Manjimup Office, Rose Street, Manjimup and online here.
Should any person or group wish to make a comment on the development application, it is required to be in writing and received by the Shire by 5pm on 27 September 2023.
