Adoption of Bush Fire Brigade Amendment Local Law 2024

The Shire of Manjimup has resolved to make a local law with regard to management of bushfire brigades within the Shire of Manjimup.

The purpose of the Shire of Manjimup Bush Fire Brigade Amendment Local Law 2024 is to amend the Shire of Manjimup Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2023 to improve interpretation and meet the requirements of the Bush Fire Act 1954.

A copy of the amendment local law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire’s Administration Office at Cnr Rose and Brockman Streets, Manjimup, between 8:15am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, viewed online here, or at any public library within the Shire of Manjimup during normal opening hours.

This local law was gazetted on Tuesday 23 July 2024 and will come into effect on Tuesday 6 August 2024.
