Disposal of Shire Property by Silent Auction

​​The Shire of Manjimup proposes to sell, by silent auction, a variety of items that are surplus to Shire requirements.

Bidding Opens: Tuesday 11 February 2020

Bidding Closes: Monday 17 February 2020 at 5pm​

Inspection Times:

1. Outdoor materials can be viewed anytime at the Manjimup Heritage Park, Graphite Road entry area (parking at Giblett Street Carpark). Please note metal rail fencing is NOT for sale.

2. Office and indoor items can be viewed at the Old Café Building, Manjimup Heritage Park, Edwards Street during the following times:

Thursday 13 February 2020, 3pm - 5pm

Saturday 15 February 2020, 9am - 11am

3. AquaCentre Roof covers can be viewed by appointment only, please contact Troy, Coordinator, Manjimup Regional AquaCentre on 9771 6960.

Bidding Guidelines:

    • All items are numbered and the number is referenced on the bid form.
    • Bid forms are available online here; from the Shire Administration Office; or at the Old Cafe Building during inspection.
    • All bids must be submitted in writing and on the bid form provided.
    • Bidding will close on Monday 17 February 2020 at 5pm.
    • Successful bidders will be notified by phone on Tuesday 18 February 2020.
    • Items must be paid for at the Shire Administration Office by 4pm on Thursday 20 February 2020.
    • All items must be collected between 3pm and 5pm Wednesday 19 or Thursday 20 February 2020, payment receipt is required prior to collection.
    • All bidding decisions are final and non-negotiable.
    • Bids will be forfeited​ should payment or collection not meet specified times as outlined above.
    • Bids must be submitted on the BID FORM​ and either handed to the Supervising Officer; at the Shire Administration Office or via email at info@manjimup.wa.gov.au​
