Agenda Briefing Sessions are held in the Council Chambers one week before each Ordinary Council Meeting. Councillors can ask Shire officers questions and request further information about items on the upcoming agenda. No decisions are made at the session; all decisions are made by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend as observers. Some parts of a session may be closed to the public if confidential or sensitive matters are being discussed.
Please note: When available, Agenda Briefing documents are published on this page below. These DRAFT documents are not the final Council agenda and are subject to change. Items may be amended, added or removed before the Ordinary Council Meeting. For the final version, please refer to the agenda published on the page for the relevant Council Meeting.
