Under section 5.53 of the Local Government Act 1995, every local government must prepare an Annual Report for each financial year. Council is required to formally accept the Annual Report by 31 December of the following financial year, after which it is published and presented to the community at the annual general meeting of electors.
The Annual Report details the Shire’s progress in delivering the Corporate Business Plan and shows how the Shire is moving towards the long-term goals set in the Strategic Community Plan.
