Home Care Packages/Support at Home Transition Information Sessions

Manjimup Home and Community Care will be running information sessions for consumers each Tuesday, starting today 3 June 2025. Sessions will be held from 10.30am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

The aim of these sessions is to support our consumers to understand the new Federal Government changes that will be applied to all Service Providers as of 1 July 2025 and what it will mean for our current Home Care Package clients transitioning to Support At Home.
