Regional Housing Support Fund – Applications now open

Administered by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, grants of up to $5 million are available to support the development of key worker housing, community housing and Residential subdivisions.

Eligible applicants include local governments, community housing providers, developers and landowners.

Funding can be sought for a wide range of costs associated with housing and residential lot development including construction, site preparation, roadworks and essential infrastructure such as water, wastewater, electricity and telecommunications.

Applications close 5pm AWST, 19 December 2025.
