Grant received to improve water security - Northcliffe Recreation Grnd

$100,000 grant recieved to improve water security at Northcliffe Recreation Ground!

The Shire of Manjimup has been awarded $100,000 through the Community Water Supplies Partnership program to expand water storage at the Northcliffe Recreation Ground.

The project will increase water storage capacity to support irrigation of the recreation ground and improve water availability for emergency response purposes.

The funding forms part of the latest round of regional water security investment jointly supported by the Australian and Western Australian Governments.

Planning for the project will now progress, with further information on the works program to be provided as details are confirmed.

The Shire welcomes the funding and acknowledges the Australian and Western Australian Governments for their contribution towards improving water security in the Northcliffe community.
