Declaration of Interests Register
Elected Members and certain employees are required under the Local Government Act 1995 to disclose interests that may affect, or be perceived to affect, their impartiality when carrying out their roles. These disclosures help ensure decisions are made in the best interests of the community and that potential conflicts are identified and managed appropriately.
This register contains information about interests disclosed by Elected Members, the Chief Executive Officer and designated employees, including financial, proximity and impartiality interests.
