Hard Waste Collection - Approaching soon!

The dates below outline when residents can begin placing items on verges, based on residential areas. A reminder that this service is available to domestic properties that currently receive a regular kerbside bin collection service only.

Residents in Manjimup, Deanmill, Jardee and Palgarup – From 10 August 2026, residents can begin placing items on verges (two-weeks prior to collection commencement on 24 August 2026)

Residents in Northcliffe, Windy Harbour, Pemberton, Browns Road, Quinninup and Walpole - Please do not start placing items on verges until 17 August 2026 (two-weeks prior to collection commencement on 31 August 2026)

Please ensure:

- Items are only placed out within the permitted timeframe for your area

- Materials are positioned safely and do not obstruct footpaths or visibility

- Only accepted items are placed out for collection

- Refrigerators and freezers have had their doors removed prior to being placed out on the verge

Please do not:

- Place items on your verge on or after your area's collection start date, as they may not be collected (i.e if your collection date is 24 August, please do not put anything out on 24 August or after)

- Exceed the permitted volume, size or placement requirements outlined in the information sheet

- Move, tamper with or disassemble items placed on verges, as this may create safety risks and affect collection
