Healthy, sustainable clubs have a clear understanding of their rules, leadership, goals and performance while maintaining a strong member focus.
The Community Services team aims to assist in building capacity in our sporting clubs and community groups to ensure they remain sustainable.

The Shire of Manjimup facilitates workshops for clubs and community groups which cover topics such as grant writing, fundraising, strategic planning and volunteer management.
