Call for Nominations - Walpole Town Centre Revitalisation Committee

The Shire of Manjimup is calling for nominations from interested community members and/or community groups for membership of the Walpole Town Centre Revitalisation Committee, being a Shire of Manjimup Advisory Committee.

In accordance with the adopted Terms of Reference, the Committee meets quarterly with the following functions:

• Identification of opportunities for space activation with Walpole town site;
• Liaison with other relevant community groups and/or service agencies over potential art or cultural projects;
• Assisting the Shire of Manjimup's Officers in drafting design guidelines to guide future developments within the town centre precinct;
• Assist co-ordinating community participation; and
• Communicate and inform the local community about activities of the committee.

To nominate as a representative of the committee, nominees are requested to forward a submission giving your details, experience and interest in joining the committee to the Shire of Manjimup by 5pm on Friday 23 April 2021.
