No. 4 Amendment No. 23

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Manjimup has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of Rezoning Lot 1 (21) and Part Lot 13143 Middlesex Road, Middlesex from 'Priority Agriculture' to 'Special Use 8'.

A copy of the plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment are available for inspection at the Shire of Manjimup office, Rose Street, Manjimup and online here.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment are required to be in writing and received by the Shire by 5pm on Monday 7 June 2021.

Written submissions should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected, details of the submission and are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Manjimup and either posted to PO Box 1, Manjimup WA 6258 or emailed to info@manjimup.wa.gov.au
